I am captivated by Mandalas and Kaleidoscopes, and I’m obsessed with silk fabrics. This quilt marries those passions. The applique is all fused with zig zagged edges, and other techniques used are couching, piping, reverse applique, and inking. It is all quilted on a home machine, using mostly silk thread.
